We will be traveling to NYC in a couple weeks and would like to know if anyone has a recommendation for a good place to eat Filipino foods. We will most likely be in Midtown or the Chelsea area, but anywhere on the island(or Brooklyn/Queens) would be fine.

I'm going to google search too, but it would be nice to get advice directly.

Thank you.

Krystal cafe is nice, I went there a few times , I liked it! there are a couple of filipino restaurants on the same block on roosevelt ave. THere is also a pinoy grocery on the corner all are within one block of eachother for the most part so you can walk to all the places.

if you are in manhattan you will prob have to take the subway ... or drive to queens to get there

Thanks to everyone for the advice! We leave tomorrow and plan to check out Roosevelt Ave as it seems to be the Filipino area of NYC.
