OK....WHAT'S NEXT???

Ok, Janet and Myself are finally together, and things are great! A brief run down of our intentions: I understand we must marry within 90 days. Our plans are to go before a Justice Of The Peace and be married. Then we will plan a smaller wedding in July with family. We are only wanting to go before the Justice of the Peace now to pacify immigration until we can plan exactly how we want our wedding ceremony with family attending. My questions include knowing the process necessary at this point so as not to have issues with immigration. As long as we go through the Justice of the Peace in the proper manner and have the paperwork to prove the marriage, we should be legal then, right? Also, isn't this where the fee to change Janet's status comes in (AOS)? I was thinking it was like 1100.00 Is there a good link containing all this information? Where would I send the fee after the wedding, etc? I'm a bit confused, and just want to make sure I handle this correctly. I apologize as I am not up on the next steps in the process like I should be. Please advise of any steps or points in which would be helpful. I appreciate all your help...Lyle
