Hi Vjers, I am new and this is my first posting. Have read and read many topics and by the time I finish reading I get more confused, possibly I need to stop reading too much as I get conflicting information.

My question:

Medical Records,

My fiancée came from brazil as a K1, we are in the process of getting marry. I know we need to sent complete the I-693 -Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status via certified Doctor.. My fiancee's records have translated by the same doctor who conducted the original examination prior interview, can I use that one or I need to visit one of the doctors in the US and contribute with their wealth?

Thank you in advance for your contribution and help

I presume you mean vaccination records, not medical records. What you have from the doctor in Brazil is the DS 3025 and YES you can file that with the AOS. IF your wife has had all necessary vaccinations, she will need nothing else for the AOS process. IF she needs more vaccines then that will have to be done by a doctor here and a civil surgeon must sign off on the I-693. I cannot tell you if she has had all the vaccines. Besides it seems the list of what is needed is changing, at least a couple of times in the last few months. Send it in, if she hasn't you will get an RFE for the additional vaccines
