I'm a lead-foot. I've received three photo citations and won each time. It's not hard. I simply deny that's it's me. What can they do? One time, I was caught by a real cop. I went to court and, unlike others, admitted I sped, made no excuse, took full responsibility, and got off with only the admin fee coz the judge was so happy to hear someone finally accept responsibility. As if I believe that. The judicial system works on proponderance of evidence, so unless you can prove that your car was not in your possession at the time of the incident, then evidence is predominantly in favour of the camera as it were.

If I were you Sophia, I would not be so ready to boast of your inability to effectively maintain control of your vehicle, particularly in built up areas. I get pissed every time some 'lead foot' ignores pedestrians and cyclists at crossing simply because they dont' believe anyone else should or could share the road space with them. You are lucky you haven't injured or killed someone if this is truly how you drive.

I know how to drive and I know how to get out of paying tickets. I also know that photo radar has the disadvantage of not having a physical presense to verify the charge. That is its Achilles Heel and denial is sufficient to beat the rap. If you don't believe it or care to try it, pay the ticket. No skin off my teeth.

I've never harmed anyone with my driving. Never caused an accident, but I've been hit twice from behind by others, once while parked and once at a red light. The only time I hit a pedestrian, I was traveling less than 10 miles per hour and wasn't ticketed because witnesses told the police it weasn't my fault. I may be a lead foot, but I'm well qualified to be one.

You know how to delude yourself into thinking breaking the law is acceptable if you believe it to be so. Talk about dishonest. Know how to drive? You do not know how to drive. I haven't even had one of these tickets, ever, never mind trying to squirrel out of paying the price of bad driving.

Nor have I caused an accident or hit a pedestrian, even a pedestrian that was 'breaking the law'. I'd have your licence.

She takes pride in her 'lead foot' because it has led to her getting tickets that she refuses to pay (allegedly) not because she didn't commit the crime but because she wants us to believe that the authorities have to prove it was her driving, rather than her having to prove that it was not in order for her to have to pay the penalty for her bad driving. What a lot of poppycock.
