My fiance is about to pay our $131 visa application fee at a BDO branch (Philippines). Does she need to bring a DS-156 or DS-157 to be validated or will they just give her a receipt? She hasn't received her passport yet. So does she have to wait for it to pay her fee? She'll get it on Jan 18. Thank you.

She only needs a valid ID to pay at BDO.

Have her take a DS 157 filled out and they "may" stamp the back a give her a receipt.

If not they will give her a stamped blank DS 157 and she can fill out by hand or type and make a second copy for USEM.

She'll need [2] DS 156 made out online.

[1] DS 156K

and [2] DS 157.

Don't leave ANY blanks and glue the pics on.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
