Hi again vjers....

I've been here countless times asking for an answer and believe me all answers given were perfect. The only problem is i'm still frustrated and confused.

This is again regarding the affidavit of support that Until now i still have not finished filling up.....

In addition to the "annual Salary" questions......

Let me begin:

1. For the annual salary should I just "write" down how much I make "NOW" with my current job through my own calculations and just state that it is from my current job estimate???

2. For my mom as a co-sponsor, I know I don't need to fill out a second affidavit, but do how do I add the other jobs address and such....

3. I can't recall the EXACT date when I arrived here in america so is it OKAY to just say December 1995??

and last but not least....

I made a mistake on his bday, but have already fixed it... should I make a letter to the interview pointing out that I did make a mistake and the reason to why I made a mistake??

Thank you every one.... I am just so frustrated with this affidavit of support....I have everything... i just don't know how to fill it up right...

BTW: the letter from my employer did not state my annual salary, but my year to date salary... I have only been working there for about five months..... I just went ahead and calculated my annual salary online and printed out the reports..... what should I do????

Wondering... wondering... what should i do?

Help.. thanks.

"So many nights I'm away from you...

are you sittin' at home, while i'm feeling so lonely...

can't understand why I feel for you...

Could I be here to love? cuz' its drivin' me crazy...

.....you're far away...." (0_O)

My employer did the same to my letter and I did not see it it until I was ready to send in the package. I had to just "estimate" like you and my package went through no problems. As long as the letter has all the info spelled out from the instructions and your estimate is above the poverty limits, you will be fine.

I think your "December 1995" is fine.

if you print out a new affivadit of support, it should come with around 4 pages of instructions, part by part.

but to start you off...

1. you can get a employee certificate stating how much you make in an hour/month/year so you're not estimting...and for your previous jobs, put the salary declared in your income tax returns

2. our mom, and whoever other co-sponsors you have, is required to fill out a separate affidavit form

3. you can check your passport or old documents...remember, little mistakes or inconsistencies like that can result in terrible delays in the processing of your papers

4. it's normal to be frustrated but you need to be focused if you want your application approved.

good luck and god bless!
