On the 325A form it asks for our former addresses. Both my fiance and I served as missionaries in Japan within the last 5 years. During our service we had frequent transfers, so during a short period I lived at 5 different addresses in Japan and she was about the same in 18 months of service. Should we list all of those addresses or should we just list the headquarters of the mission in which we worked in?

Thanks, sorry for all the questions! There will probably be a few more coming!

Hi, I was just about to post a similar question, so I thought it would be better to tack my question onto yours instead of starting another thread :)

On the G-325A form I'm also unsure about which addresses to list. I recently graduated from college, and have lived at a different residence each year, and studied abroad twice in Spain. I only officially changed my address once (for only about a year so I could vote in the last election in my college city). I always use my parents home address as my permanent address for everything else (I've lived there between semesters and am living there now). Which addresses should I list on the form? Thanks!
