I received an RFE in the post today saying they are missing (in otherwords they have lost it) my vaccine records and request further evidence of completion. I will have to get another medical exam as no doctor in florida will do a vaccine thing without doing a medical exam on me. My question is that it asks to send back the information to them when I have it....ok no problem there... but it also says at the bottom Do NOT hold your medical until your I-485 interview.

What hell do they want me to do? send the information but don't send the information? I don't get it!

Any help will be appreciated

They are asking you to send it as soon as you get it done, and not wait to bring it in with you when you go for your interview as some people on here were doing.

Did you submit the form I-693 with your AOS application? If not then they did not lose your vaccination record, you just did not include the form they are looking for. Many people have been receiving RFE's for the I-693 lately despite having their full medical records on file with USCIS. So, a simple transcription should suffice unless it clearly states that a new medical is required. I can understand that it can be very difficult to find a willing CS who doesn't demand a new medical, I went through it as well. Understand that you may need to call a dozen or more doctors before you find someone willing to do the transcription without a new medical.

There's a thread here in the AOS forum that lists some civil surgeons who do transcriptions and there is a listing for Florida. I'm not sure if this is anywhere near where you live but it may help:
