just talked to a live NVC operator and according to her our case just got completed today yahooo! but I can still log in to their website. why is that?

Congratulations!!!!! I think that you can still log in b/c they haven't sent it to the embassy yet. Also if your case was completed today, then maybe they haven't updated their system yet.

I-130 Timeline:

Sept. 04, 2008 : I-130 Sent to Vermont SC - filed for spouse based on greencard

Oct. 24, 2008 : NOA 1 Received from VSC

April. 30, 2009 : Become US citizen, called USCIS to upgrade I-130 from F2A to IR-1 category

April. 30, 2009 : send a letter with copy of certificate of naturalization to upgrade the petition.

April. 30, 2009 : Status is upgraded to CR-1/IR-1 category and case is pending.

Sept 30, 2009 : NOA2 - approval notice sent Thanx to the God almighty

NVC Journey

Oct 4, 2009 : Case Number Assigned - Received this by speaking to a live operator.

Oct 16, 2009:AOS and IV Fee bills generated and rec'd Invoice id number via e-mail

Oct 20, 2009 :AOS and IV Fee bills status - Paid (online)

RFE I lost at least two weeks

Nov 15,2009 :AOS and DS-230 package sent to NVC

Dec 08,2009 :case completed at NVC (checked through AVR) Merci Jesus

That's not too bad Marchlyne. My husband is in Montreal Canada and he has been waiting for an interview since Sept 24-09. And he's still does not have a interview date. PAP US embassy is moving fast.

Thank God for that we have been praying a whole lot . And as for Canada I heard the wait is about four to five months I hope you get your Interview soon

Hi all,

I'm sorry.somebody plz help me...I received my IV paid receipt on Dec 15th,And i sent my I 864 package (AOS) in same day..Now I'm preparing my DS 230 and supporting documents..may b its take a week to get from my hubby..he is waiting to get his PCC.

Now i just called NVC ,i got the message like this "Package of information and document which is generated on dec 16th and will be sent it within next few weeks"

What is it means??Any idea plz help me..Is am on rt track??

My case was complete on December 18, 2009. I check the US Embassy in Manila website, http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html to check if interview has been scheduled and it is. You can check yours too. Just click the link I posted and write the case no.
