There you go! With a case like yours, they probably won't even look at your evidence at all. They'll maybe review the photos while they chat with her at the interview, but it won't be like someone's looking through your call logs, texts, chat sessions, printouts, birthday cards, receipts, letters of intent, mom's recommendation, etc. You have more than enough "circumstantial evidence" to carry you through.

Still, even though it will suck financially, I am planning to be there at her interview. I know the allow USC to be there in Kiev. Maybe if they see us together and see how we look at each other and behave... maybe there won't be any doubt :-P

We found the interview itself was easy, and took five or ten minutes. More questions about the visas and stamps in my passport than anything. Getting to the interview window was the frustrating part. IMO it is a good idea to go if you can, although (because I can hear the chorus tuning up) it isn't necessary.

I mostly want to be there because I have not come to visit her in Ukraine, we ended up meeting on a neutral territory twice, so CO might have a question about that. If I am present, it might go a little easier. But that is ways away. Let's wait for the NOA1 first

I've had a little more free time lately, and almost all of that has been spent here on VJ.

Well, it's going to remain a mystery for me then.

What I really like about those tests is they ask the questions in such a vague way you could answer either way and still be sticking to your values. Also, those are situational questions where one person may do one thing in one situation but entirely the opposite in another. It irks me when my wife has to fill those out before applying somewhere like Hooters. Does it really matter which personality type she has as long as she has a big smile?
