Very organized, i did it like this too. Instead of bringing the picture albums with her (it might be very bulky), she can also do it like what she did with her documents and just write captions and date it was taken. With this, she no longer need to take each pictures from the album when ask.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I showed Merlaine this thread and it made her feel a lot better too. It's a pretty scary process but she's a little more confident with every step we take. I used a photo prog called arc soft to do the photographs. They're just printed on photo paper but they look like they're individual prints with the old fashioned corner tabs to hold them in place. Each photo has a caption and the date/time stamp from my camera is on them as well.

I've been working on this for a while now with Merlaine's help. I don't think I've forgotten anything but hoped you all could chime in with your thoughts and opinions.

The photos aren't the best but I think you can see what I have in each of the folders. I used the oversized Avery folders and tabbed sheet protectors.

Then, I have individual page folders for her appointment letter, NBI and police clearance. I'll replace the MNL you can see on the cover letters with the case number after we get one. The file folder photo came out pretty bad but you can see the individual folders in the front. I used the ideas of other members here to put it all together of course...so thank you all :) I'll send this to her via DHL once we've received the NOA2.

What visa did you apply for??

:time:

I filed a I-130 and got a NOA1 on November 2nd. We'll be applying for a CR-1 visa and my timeline is as current as I can make it for now.
