Hello,

First of all I tried to find topics with this in it but the search yielded nothing so I apologize if anyone's answered this multiple times...but I submitted my I129f 2 months ago and was wondering if there is any effective way to contact USCIS about the status. I'm signed up online etc...I just remember people saying to leave it alone and not try to badger anyone. when should I start getting worried? or should I just stop being impatient? :) for other Chile applicants it's taken about 2 months. I know it varies though.

if I Ever did need to contact them what have you found to be the most effective way?

Thank you so much hope everyone is having a great holiday season.

You can contact them at 1-800-375-5283. They will likely not be able to tell you anything other than what you already know about your case based on the online status though. No reason to worry after only 2 months, you probably have more waiting ahead of you.

CSC is currently approving people who sent in their petition at the beginning of September, and doing so very slowly.

Nothing to worry about.
