Wow! I just eat it cos it taste's good. I eat other bad things like cake and chips, so eating a salad is defeating the purpose of healthy eating as well as weight loss.

Probably 2. Sometimes I run out but can't force myself to leave the house ( Phobia ) so I just go without until I can psych myself up to go get more.

0h noooooooooo!!!! Im not scratching to get out, but it happens sometimes. Im purrfectly comfortable staying inside, but then there are those rare times I have to get out and run errands and shop.

wish I can say the same. I bought a pair of jeans yesterday at the thrift store ( felt i could venture out then ) and they are 28's. Don't know if that is a size 8 or not???? They are really snug.
