How much does it cost to change my status from K1 visa? I am already 8 months late and I had my medical last October 2008. Where can I get applications and all that? How does this go? Please help. Thanks.

You'll have to get a complete medical from a USCIS designated civil surgeon since it's been over a year since your last medical.

1010$ for AOS not including the 6 passport photos you need if you also file the EAD and AP papers which most usually do.

If your medical is no longer within the 1 year you can pay anywhere from 200- 400$ for a new medical.

Thats the complete cost. 1010$ plus the medical and two passport pictures. After AOS there will be removal of conditions in 2 years, which gives you plenty of time to read up on it. Good luck!

AOS requires 6 passport pictures if they are filing for AP and EAD also.
