For those who are planning to have the guidance and counseling seminar for the CFO stamp, I highly recommend that you go to St. Mary's in Cubao QC. I was there today and the process went well and quick. Some tips though, aside from the required documents (i.e. passport, 3 photocopies each of passport and visa, and 650 pesos processing fee), you must have the following information also:

- maiden name of your petitioner's mother (this is different from your petitioner's middle name)

- landline number of your petitioner (aside from his mobile number)

- complete address in the US including the ZIP code

- your petitioner's highest educational attainment and the specific course he took

above information are to be filled in the forms, they will not issue the certificate and stamp until you are able to provide these info, hence, I suggest you get these info now (if you haven't had them yet) so you can avoid from making overseas call or text when you're at the seminar, which what most of the girls did when I was there.

My fiance and I are both single never been married but I think there are other information needed for those who have been previously married so I suggest you get info also from your petitioner about the previous marriage and/or children. I heard one of the girls was asked about the citizenship of her petitioner's ex-wife, so things like that may be asked.

Hope this helps.

St. Marys seems to be quicker and easier than PRISM, from all the posted reports the last couple of years
