I WAS HERE UNDER K1 VISA I MARRIED MY FIANCEE WITHIN 90 DAYS AND SENT MY I485 , MY WIFE WITHDRAWED THE I864 BECAUSE OF PROBS, I KNOW THEY WILL SENT A DENIAL FOR ME, THE FIRST QUESTION IS , WIL I HAVE THE CHANCE TO REOPEN? SECOND QUESTION IF THEY DON'T GUIVE ME THAT CHANCE TO REOPEN, CAN I GO BACK TO MY CONTRIE AND USE THE CR1 TO BE WITH MY WIFE AGAIN, WE WANT WORK ON OUR MARRIAGE AND WE STARTED DOING THAT.WILL I NEED A WAIVER OR SOMETHING LIK THAT.THANK YOU.
