Im waiting for an appointement in montreal ambassy since 4 sept, I called the "Public Inquiries Division" Visa services, and the told me that the ambassy sent me the pakage in 10/22/09, but it was returned because the adress is not the good adress, but it is my adress it is the good one. I don't know why?

now I sent a message to ambassy in montreal for a new adress. but I don't know if I lost my place or not? there is another way to contact theme for changing the adress ?

PLZ help me I don't know what to do?

I don't know how do the timeline, but I try to do it.

they sent me the packect 3 but they can't find my address and the packet was returned to ambassy in montreal, they told me it is not the good address.
