help pls visa journey, we've applied for AOS since may 17 and up till today we havent receive any notice, we later discover that we didnt summit change of address to them b4 adjustin , but we finally get that done, then we received ref asking for birth certificate we mailed it,since then nothing till today. so my husband is so worried why this ppl didnt response to us or even send us receipt #, they told us that they mail the first notice to the old address and that we have to wait for abt 60more days for fingerprinting.

pls is this right or should we do infor pass and see what actually is holding them for our case.

any sugestion would be appreciated.

I would definitely make an INFOPASS appointment and find out exactly what the holdup is. Obviously the change of address was initially an issue--but more than 60 days has passed. It is best to check in and find out what the issue is, rather than wait.
