"NVC Generates and sends a copy of the DS-3032* (Choice of Agent form) and the AOS Bill

to the petitioner

(AOS in this context means Affidavit of Support. NOT Adjustment of Status.)

At the same time, NVC generates and sends the DS-3032* to the alien."

My Fiance' has trouble with her home address, its a large community and she may not recieve it. So my question is do they send these documents out DSL or regular mail? Im hoping its DSL so she can have it fowarded to her work where she will certainly recieve it.

( I posted this in NVC forum as well, but I figure you guys may have had the same sort of trouble)

If you gave your and your fiancee's email addresses to NVC, they will just send thru email. In my case, they sent me the hardcopy of Ds3032 (regular mail) 2 weeks after our case was received because they were not yet informed about my (and husband's) email address. She can also return the completed DS3032 via email.

And by the way, I thought DS-3032 is for spouse visa applicants only..? You said "your fiancee" so I was just wondering why you were asking about DS3032.

I'm the hope that lives within him after storm clouded days.

The freedom from war that gives wings to his heart,

May they reach across the miles and bind our hearts together

The Choice of Agent form and AOS bill do not pertain to you as fiance and fiancee.
