Howdy all,

We've got our I-130 application all prepared now, but now we're not sure what to do with it! Some people here (in china) are telling us that we can mail it to the Beijing office, others are saying that we have to hand it in in person. Does anyone know which is true? As well, if we can mail it to Beijing, what address should we send it to? The address listed on the Beijing Embassy page is different from the addresses listed on the Guangzhou consulate page (for Beijing of course). Basically, we're getting different info from every source. Any clues here on what to do?

Thanks!

IIRC the USCIS office in BeiJing MOVED this year - there were some reports that I've read where it was dead difficult to set a time to come in to hand it off.

But - the Embassy knows what their current acceptance process is - have you had any results with CALLING , getting a human?

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Actually I just got an email back from USCIS in Beijing, and they said that the correct address to send the I-130 to is

Mailing Address and Express Mail within China:

US Citizenship and Immigration Services

US Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Embassy Beijing

No.55 An Jia Lou Road,

Beijing, China 100600

Hopefully this will help someone else out in the future.
