from packet 3 to interview

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how long it takes these days to get the interview at the embassy in London after they received the packet 3 ?

According to the recent chat log of their webchat on October 30th, you should allow 4-6 weeks for packet 3 to be logged and an interview letter to be issued.

I know someone people here have been waiting longer than usual (used to be a couple of weeks) but your best bet is to search the timelines in the menu above.

In Sept/Oct, ours was about 2 weeks from the time they entered our info in the system. Stay in touch with DOS. They can give you status about anything at this point over the phone.

our packet 3 was received in london on 20th Oct, but only entered into the system on Nov 3rd.. exactly 2 weeks later. have called the DOS a couple of times and still waiting to hear our interview date!
