hi guys,just want to ask this and hope i can get an answer,cos i get confused with the answers that i get on the other forums..my fiancee came here last sept 11,and were getting married on nov21,her 194 will expired on dec 10,when can we adjust her status?we know that after we get married we can adjust but the problem is i think it will take time for us to adjust her status because i got screwed up with my ex credit card and im the one whose paying for it now so it be hard for us to save some money for it right now..is there a time limit for us to adjust her status?thanks

You can file after you marry and receive the marriage certificate from your locall, issuing agency. Take a look at the guides link at the top of the page. Everything I did with Claudeth's process I did with the help of the guides and the example forms link.
