hi people! my interview is on the 12th of november but i didn't receive any package from USCIS which will give me the lists of my requirements. i only got an mail that says to call the US embassy in manila to schedule my interview. i did and i have it scheduled. im also done with my medical in st.lukes. i guess what i want to know are the requirements i need like nbi, police clearance, barangay clearance, cedula, cenomar, birthcertificate from nso (I already have all these). Is there anything else im forgetting? can someone please give me the lists of EVERYTHING i bring on my interview date. sorry i couldnt find any here. please help! thanks.

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

besides all your forms, DS, FS, affidavit of support, and all supporting documents send by the sponsor.
