I was for sure that I took 3 years of my taxes too China for her interview, but she now tells me she only has 2008 taxes, will she for sure need 3 years of my taxes? I all so took her my letter of support and sign and nortarized, but now she said she can't find it either. Can I email copies of 1st and 2nd page of my taxes which has my signature, or do they need all 50 some pages of my long form taxes, and can I email her a copy of the letter of support to or does it have to be the original with the original nortary seal? I hope she will find, but just in case.

I suggest the tax transcripts for 2007 and 2006, instead. IRS can email those to you, you can email them to her, also. There are two types - you want the one that is 'verbose' (sorry, I've no idea of the proper name ).

letter of support? Never heard of 'that'. If you mean the I-134, yikes - get another one to her, soonish. (It's an affadavit of support )

The current I-134 does not require notarization, the prior version did.

50 pages of taxes? Did you need to provide an 'income statement' as well, from a cpa? If she's lost that as well, yikes.

Hindsight's a bear, but scan everything , ya?

HTH?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes my taxes are appox 50 plus pages because of all rentals, business and many other things, I just wasn't sure they need all the things about all of the rentals etc, I thought they were just concern about the bottom line on how much you make. No I didn't need to provide a income statement, as my taxes show enough money for the 125% The I-134 then can be email also with my signuture "yes"?

Ya, the I-134 can be emailed, but I suggest 1) color scan and 2) sign in blue ink and 3) 300 dpi and 4) multi-page tiff (if possible ).

Good Luck !

FWIW, the tax transcripts will show the pertinent values on the 'other forms' that you used for the rental income (or if you had a reit ).

I suggest getting the tax transcripts instead of the tax returns, for 2007 and 2006, but show current return for 2008.

But I'm anally obsessed with forms and process - so ####### do I know ? :D

Warmest Regards...

Thanks, I can do all of that with my scanner, but she just told me she had found the original notarize one I took to China, but I guess I only took 2008 taxes, so I will get her 2007 & 2006. Thanks for all of the help
