We checked the case with NVC they received it and gave the case number. then, my husband talk to the operator. she wants both our names and birth date. so my husband giving the information she said "beneficiary birth date not correct so we cant give you any information so e mail the passport copy of beneficiary".

We did send it.

Did anyone face this kind of problem?

We need to know this can make our case delay or some other problem?
