(For Naturalized Citizens) Where can i find the Naturalization certificate number?

Hello vjers, it's me again in need of your guidance.

Form I-130 question 13(about the petitioner) says: Give certicate number and place of issuance if became a citizen through Naturalization.

When I looked at my certificate i found 2 numbers. The first set of number is on the top right corner in red ink something like this:

No. 000000

The second is a little farther down in black ink and looks something like this:

CIS Registration No. A000000

Logic tells me, that the certificate number should be the one in red ink at the top most right corner, but this process makes me doubt even my name.

Which is the number that goes on question 13?
