can my fiance pay the banamex fee ($165) before going to ciudad juarez?? or does it need to be done in ciudad juarez after the medical?

also, what does he need to take to pay the fee? will he need to just say 'i'm here to pay for the k-1 visa application fee'... he seems to think he needs a special paper to go pay banamex.

thank you for your time.

There is a banamex directly across from the consulate, inside the mall. Just go in and say that you need to pay the visa fee, and they give you a receipt. That's it.
