Hi everyone,

So I'm prepping the RFE response and want to make 100% sure this is good:

Enclosed please find enclosed documentation to support the intention of the petitioner to reestablish domicile in the United States.

Lease agreement letter signed by *****, the petitioner, and the beneficiary

Documentation supporting the opening of a new bank account through Bank of America

Moving quotes from the following companies: ABF Upack, PODS, and Uhaul

Documentation detailing the process of registering to vote in the state of Florida (must be a physical resident)

Copy of voter’s registration from last address in the United States, Washington State

Documentation detailing the process of obtaining a driver’s license in the state of Florida

The petitioner will also be applying to attend university/college in Florida for the Fall 2010 semester. The petitioner also has the intention to apply for employment closer to the date of the interview in Montreal, as well as open a cell phone account with AT&T, letters relating to the reason why the petitioner and beneficiary are leaving their respective employment (due to moving to the US), and any further documentation required to show proof of the intention to reestablish domicile.

As per the instructions in the I864:

C. You intend in good faith to reestablish your domicile in the United States no later than the date of the intending immigrant's admission or adjustment of status. You must submit proof that you have taken concrete steps to establish you will be domiciled in the United States at a time no later than the date of the intending immigrant's admission or adjustment of status. Concrete steps might include accepting a job in the United States, signing a lease or purchasing a residence in the United States, or registering children in U.S. schools. Please attach proof of the steps you have taken to establish domicile as described above.

The petitioner has every possible intention of fulfilling the above requirement prior to the immigrant’s admission into the United States.

Please process the response at your earliest convenience and I am looking forward for an early approval. Please contact me if you need additional information. Thank you for your help.
