K1 present address in KSA

Hi vj family.good day!just got manila case# and within a week will be forwarded to manila consulate.during the start of petition i was in philippines and due to sudden emergency problem in my family i decided to comeback to saudi arabia where i worked before until the NOA1&2 and mla case# assigned.i will be back to manila by november for interview.do u think my address will cause of visa denial since im here in ksa when the uscis approved the petition.?im so worried i cant leave ksa right away coz i just arrived here last 12th of october '09.need advice pls.thanks

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

In my opinion that if you are back to manila to do your medical and interview then why should the US embassy care where you went during the time you are waiting... But if you lived there you will need police clearance from there...

If I am wrong someone else please chime in and correct me.

thanks a lot for a quick reply.im in riyadh right now.but the consulate address is manila where the interview will takes place.i already got police clearance from here and hope to leave riyadh on november.
