Don't know if this was noticed but it seems that Nebraska is no longer handling any marriage based visas (I-129F & I-130) that is why they are all being forwarded to California. If you check out the processing times, Nebraska no longer has the 129F or 130 on their list.

Just thought I would point that out as people were wondering why the Nebraska people were all getting transferred to California....

2007

Feb 8: Received K-1 Visa

April 27: Married!!

May 4: AOS & EAD sent off.

July 28: EAD Card Arrives in Mail!

Aug 23: AOS Interview! APPROVED!!

Aug 30: Welcome to America! letter arrived.

Sept 7: Greencard arrived in the mail!

2009

May: Received Notice about Greencard Expiration end of August

July 15: Sent packet in mail!! (FINALLY!!)

July 16: Packet arrives @ CSC 10:52am Signed by V. Semegi

July 24: Received NOA (posted 7/21)

July 30: Received Bio Appt Letter in Mail

August 20 @ 2pm: Biometrics Appt. –

Sept 12: Approved!! Should be getting card within 60 days..

2011

April 22: Mailing N400 Citizenship packet to Phoenix AZ! (about time!)

April 25 10:37am Phoenix USCIS Lockbox. Signed for by F DOMINGUEZ

April 28 NOA (received in mail May 2)

June 7 Biometrics Appt

July 26 8:10am Interview/Test APPROVED!

Jul 26 Oath Ceremony! Pete is now a US Citizen!

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

Yes it has been but everytime someone new joins the board it is the first question they ask.

One thing not to forget is that those people submitting new I-129Fs still need to send their petitions to the service centers as listed on the website. Those centers will forward the petition to CSC.

Dont know what would happen if someone that is in the area that Neb and Tex used to cover sent their petition direct to CSC. Dont think I would take that chance until the web site changes the instructions.

lol old as in last week? I swore I checked the processing only a few days ago and it still had Nebraska as listed processing 129F's and 130's....ah well....

They started transferring all petitions to CSC in early June. They just didnt quit updating the processing dates until all the ones that were already being processed cleared out.
