Filing fees?

I'm going to be sending my I-130 packet to the Chicago lock box address this week (yayy) and was wondering what the fees were? I knew the filing fee was $355 and that I needed to include that payment, but I just read on the embassy website that there is a "U.S. $45 visa security enhancement surcharge" as well. Do I need to include a separate money order for this, include it in the $355 for a total of $400 or will I be required to pay this fee at some other point in the process?

I've gathered all the information listed in the CR-1 guide and will be sending it all in a single, 3/4 inch, 3 ring notebook. The cover is clear to accommodate the cover letter, then each item will be in a clear protective sleeve and divided with colored/numbered tabs. I intended to slide the money order into the first sleeve/page and secure it there with a paper clip.

I hope I'm not missing anything!! I'm really nervous about sending this first packet in and want to make sure it's all done exactly right!!

hey i paid $355 for the I130

then i864 $70 AND ds230 $400

then about $250 for her medical in phil
