this is my second k1 petition, my first relationship didtnt work out because he had otsd(postraumatic stress disorden)he was very agressive and violent. I returned to my country in April 2008 (after 40 days).

My new fiance sent the new petition in april 2009, l will have my interview in Nov 3rd 2009.

Can be a problem becuase l had a previous k1?
