I have been looking all over every website I can find, but I can't find out if there is a deadline between when we received the NOA2, and when my fiance has to have all the forms filled out and sent to the Embassy.

We are filing with the Consulate in London (I am American, he is British.)

I just wanted to make sure that if it was going to take some time to gather the documents and get the forms filled out, that we weren't going to go over some sort of deadline that we are unaware of.

He has his medical exam scheduled for November 12th as well. Does he need to have all of the forms done and sent to the Embassy before then as well? Or can he have his exam, and then finish gathering what he needs?

Thank you all so much for your help!

I assume you just got the NOA2? You'll hear from the National Visa Center next. In a matter of weeks, he will receive a package from the consulate with instructions & forms, and a deadline. About the only thing you need to do is to complete the sponsorship form and get it, with supporting documentation, over to him.

Actually, we got the NOA2 about a month ago. He's already received the letter from the Embassy with instructions. However, there is no deadline date on it.

Actually, I've looked again, and have found that we have until 01/10/2010. But then I also found information stating that if more than 4 months has passed since the Petition approval, all we need is a notarized intent to marry within 90 days of his arrival in the states.

Is that the case? Is that all we'd need?
