G 325A Question

I have finally put all the I-129F package together to send in and last night I'm doing one last look over. As I'm looking over the G-325A for my fiance I notice that not only is her birthday listed where it is supposed to be, but also where it asks for the Date, City, and Country of birth(if known) for her parents. Now I have three options (1) white it out and pen in the correct info, (2) just send it in the way it is or (3) have her mail me a new one. I sure would like to get the ball rolling on this but I'm afraid if I white it out there may be issues since she has already signed it. Does anyone know if this matters or have any experience with something like this? It takes forever for mail to get here from where she's at. Thanks.

I say get it corrected it and mailed. You would rather wait 1-2 weeks for this to get to you than to wait 3 months if USCIS issues an RFE.

you could just fill out and new one and send it in unsigned. I read on here somewere were that they will just have her sign it at the embassy later and it is not a problem do a search for unsigned G 325a and see if you can find the thread

I agree with both posts; this would just come under the heading of "clerical" error at this point;

better to send in an unsigned correction and head off an RFE referring to a problem with the content.

Bureaucrats will interpret what they see literally and give no "room for error" slack.

Not to put down bureaucrats, it's just their job.
