Paid AOS fee 10 days ago still no IV Fee Bill?

What is the average wait time from AOS Fee to IV Fee bill?

It took us 1496 days from day I filed I-130 to Citizenship & Oath.

have you submitted your ds3032? or are u using an attorney? if you are doing it yourself, your IV bill will not generate until they have the ds3032 (choice agent) from the beneficiary.

it is fine, if you put the beneficiary's email as your own, otherwise, they are waiting for the email to come from the beneficiary's email box. but until it is accepted, your iv bill will not be generated. we emailed and mailed the hard copy ds3032 on october 1 and are still waiting.
