Hi all

So finally i got the good news.. Got appointment letter in email... Interview is on Nov 16...

Now here are some queries i got.. First of all in letter it says

IF a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with

proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax

Return, the applicant must bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax

Return to the visa interview.

My wife when submitting documents with NVC she submitted her all returns too.. So do i need to provide those again at Interview?

Then its about Documents i have to take along at Interview..we have submitted PCC,Birth certificate,Marriage certificate etc at NVC in originals.. so do i need to take some copies of these as well at interview?

And last is about our relationship proof.. I got Chat , emails , pictures , wedding album+video... would that be enough?

Hi, dont worry about all that mentioned, if you look at page 3 and 4 of the interview letter, it will show you by code what you need to bring to interview if the document was not satisfied at NVC. All interview letter say the same as you posted above.

So check out page 3 and 4 of your interview letter and see if NVC requires a certain doc to be presented at embassy. But bring other evidence of your ongoing marriage, emails, phone bills, pics, boarding passes, etc.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
