My fiance and I are getting legally married as soon as I get there (even my parents are coming) but we want to wait at least 1 year to get the BIG DEAL wedding (white dress, a lot of people, big party) or we want to wait to after he gets deployed...

is that important? or with my lil legal courthouse wedding is enough?

We got married on the front lawn by the JP and they gave my wife one of those green card thingys.
