Hi, my name is Isaiah Miller. I'm 24 years old, and live in Bryan, Ohio. I brought my wife here on a k-1 visa(as my fiancee), & we recently were married. I've went through this whole visa process without help from a lawyer, and really never even had anyone I knew that could help me with it. So, the last year I've been just going through internet site after internet site, trying to search for answers to my questions. I work 12 hour shifts, and usually 4-5 days a week. So, its been quite stressful just trying to figure this out. I will definitely say that I've been blessed through this process though. I just want you all to know that this forum has been a huge blessing to me, even though I haven't posted until just this week. So, thanks to all!!

I'm just about ready to file the paperwork. I wasn't going to file I-765 EAD or I-131 Advanced Parole because I figured that the fees were going to be on top of the 1010 dollars for the I-485 filing. So now that I know that its all inclusive, I definitely want to try to file these as well but I haven't concentrated on any of the paperwork for it, and I really want to get this paperwork out ASAP because we only have right around a month remaining on the 90 days. So, I was just wondering how hard it is to file them documents? I'm trying to read over the instructions. It would be a great help if someone could let me know the evidences needed, ect.

If there are any good step-by-step guides out there via Visa Journey or any other site, that would be a good place for me to start as well. So, Thanks in Advance. I really appreciate the help. You all are always so helpful. I can't wait to be on the other side of this long process, & be able to help others through these circumstances. God bless!!

Here is the link for everything you will need. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos I'm pretty sure that the I-131 and I-765 do not really have any supporting documents. Just be sure that you have 2 passport style photos for each of them. In other words, if you are filing for AOS, advance parole, and employment you would need a total of 6 passport photos. The link that I posted has pretty much all the infor you will need. GL!!!

Thanks for the info, & the link. I'll check that out sometime today, & try to prepare this last bit of paperwork.
