Case updated 9/21/09, but no approval or RFE

Our case was last updated on 9/21/09, but we have no NOA2 or RFE yet. What can be going on at this point? Should I be worried?

our NOA 1 for our I130 was 6 June and I129f June 26, nothing since nothing at all, no change, no touch, nothing.

yet look at all the approved petitions fro June, July even August, yet nothing on our k-3 applications.

hi ...just wanna inform u that our NOA2 was approved last 9-18-09 and no email notification from USCIS online. twas sent via post office and fiance got it yesterday when he reached home from his travel to the PI..moreover, another letter came in from NVC dated 9-25-09 with MNL case #..i can already head off for my medical...that was a good and big surprise...who could have thought of that because we were both waiting to be informed via email....so guys check ur mailbox daily...esp. the June filers..csc is approving July cases now with the latest approval of 12 cases last 10-2-09..wow...good luck to us all...thank you so much and hope i will pass the medical and interview..i think there is no more letter (packet 3) to expect from USEM in Manila..so i can let fiance call USEM for my interview sched..

thank u...God is good and full of surprises ..this is a lesson to learn coz i admit i was so anxious and got very much depressed about the timeline...running to more than 100 days bfore fiance called about the date twas approved..(88days)

Don't wait on the embassy to send you anything or you may get old. Go to this page and learn all you need to...Call them and see if they have your package yet and set an appointment.

Has she/he got all the paperwork ready yet, is the medical done.

Go to St Lukes -- send her a copy of the letter from NVC, email or mail your choice: it's walk in so don't worry best to go Tues-Thurs to avoid rush.

Medicals are valid for 6 months. Info about medical is at the wwwfk1en.pdf link above.

THANK U PIZZADUDE...i found ur info so helpful..infact, i filled out the data needed on forms 156 and 156K...and printed them out for my fiance to check ...if m right, no more 157 for k-1 right?

and question too--what will i answer for marital status since there is no option for annulled....cant put there single coz it says NEVER married.

and for items #8 and 9..what will i write??my married name???..
