DS230 Question

Should i send i-864 and DS230 at same time or send i-864 first then DS230. can these 2 be sent at same time. also can i email i-864 & DS230 as well? or either?

Step CR1 at NVC

1. Send DS3032 Choice of agent ( by email or mail )

&

2.Pay AOS Fee$70 ,then send I-864 with AOS package & barcode to NVC by mail ( after got barcode AOS Fee$70 )

then

3.Pay IV Fee $ 400 ,then send DS230 & IV package & barcode to NVC by mail ( after got barcode IV Fee $ 400 )

then

Case complete at NVC

then

3.Wait for get interview at your country.

You can send papers step 2 & step 3 at same time but you should not do that .

If u send I-864 and DS230 at same time mean u send papers step 2 late

: it is advisable to do everything as fast as possible because if you make mistake or get an RFE then you would still have enough time to rectify the situation without impacting the overall NVC time line.
