I called Montreal and I didn't get an interview. She said interviews this month were for Mar and Apr. which is ####### because Buttons DS 230 got there a week after mine.

I'm so glad for her but I have never cried so hard in my life. I held it together at work after talking to them and balled my eyes out when I saw Buttons got hers. Why does this happen?

I had to wait an hour for Tom to get home and his attitude was "Oh well ###### happens I guess we'll wait.

DIVORCE TIME. Not the answer I wanted to here. This man is way too laid back.

Any way before I commit murder or suicide we might just try James' Short Cuts to speed up our I-130.

Will it still be faster if we send in the DS 230 and I864 as per shortcuts? The IV bill pmt has been received. (see my signature) No news on the AOS bill fee.

I wanted him to call Montreal and ask them why we didn't get one when people after us got one. Even Cygnet (who has been a great help to me) got one fast. He doesn't see how it would help. Well it would ease my mind to know why. I think I'm too emotional to call them but on Monday I may be so mad I'll call them back. I want an answer, God damm it!

I'm so upset I'm starting to cry again.

By the time I get down there, we'll have been married a year (Nov 12)

There sure ain't no God where I live

The Packet Three first one I sent was a day after yours. It was the same documents. I would call back on Monday and everyday thereafter. Like I said those people in Montreal aren't the nicest. Also email them and ask them to put you on a wait list. I think that's what happened with us, as I email them every week and just ask for a update and to please put me on any cancellation list they have. Believe me I'm at the end of my rope also. Yours will come next week ............. I know it.

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

Tommysgirl, I think Buttons idea about being on the waiting list is really good. I can't help thinking if she got my interview slot for the K-3.

Our K-3 interview was supposed to be on Aug. 8 at 9:30 but because our CR-1 interview is now scheduled for Aug. 11 at 9:30, the K-3 got cancelled. And I have a feeling that Buttons got our slot (just a feeling... not factual). And this was a very recent development (on July 7, my husband called the consulate and that's when he learned about our CR-1 arriving in Montreal. He then asked if we could just go on that interview instead of the K-3). And they said yes.

I'm really sorry for the delay. Hang in there.
