I want to know how Australia has much of a problem with illegal aliens. The country is an island, so the illegals have to swim, come by boat or plane. Much harder than walking across the border between the US and Mexico. Is it safe to assume that the only realistic way to enter Australia illegally is by boat? It's too far to swim and there are a few hundred miles of ocean to cross to get there. Enforcement should be much easier.
