Worst Scenario

Hi im just playing devils advocates here and here is my case we got interviewed for AOS based on us citizen spouse and for me it went fine but they didnt gave us decision yet and afetr two days weve got a letter requesting for birth certificate of my daughter(from ex wife) and we did reply to that but after that i didnt get anything yet such as decision so i called my attorney and he said congratulation to me because they only ask for birth certificate so that means we passed the interview now should i believe him and what is the worst scenario that might happen to us are we going for another interview or worst be denied?

It's really hard to follow when you write everything as a single sentence. Except for the "two days" thing, you don't give any dates or timeframes at all. I'm afraid that no one will be able to help you unless they have more specific information about how long you have been waiting.

If you have an attorney, I'd follow his advice unless you have reason to doubt him.
