Hey guys!

How do I know if I have a National Identification number?

I was studying in the U.S. three years ago. I had a student visa. I have a US driver license and a Social Security Card. I also obtain an alien registration number due to OPT program after my study, which allowed me to work for one year in the U.S..

Can it be that I have a National Identification number?

What is this number and where can I find it?

Thanks

- Adam

The US does not have a National ID/number system.

But they ask for it on document DS-156 Question 14

It also says 'if applicable' - Germany doesn't have a Natl. ID either (I don't believe) - Canadians do (and I assume other too).

Malaysians have a national identification number.

This is only applicable to countries that adopt this system. For those that don't the answer would be N/A.

N-400 Stuff:
07/02/16 : N-400 sent

07/11/16 : NOA1

07/28/16 : Biometrics

04/03/17: Interview (approved)

04/14/17: Judicial oath ceremony
