I-864 or I-864EZ

Hello all,

I'm newbie to this forum..

I have a question about filing the I-864 Form or I-864EZ for my parents.

I filed them on a separate I-130 so they each have their own case number.

On Form I-864, part 3, question 9:" I'm sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition"----

Should I put My dad/mom name on it? (I'm kind of confused because I am currently petitioning at the same time, but on a separate visa petition (with difference case #) Also, should I use I-864 EZ or I-864?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

u can not use I864EZ in my opinion but some more people will assist u better. abby n sheryl

if your income can support both your parents or exceeds the poverty guidelines on your household size then you can use I-864EZ for both of them.
