require forms for interview

I'm reading that there are various forms that need to be filled out for the interview DS156K, DS156, DS157...Are all forms require or the require forms are based on the consulate of each country? So far I thought my fiance needed to fill out the DS156k.

Exact form requirements vary by consulate. According to the VisaJourney Santiago Consulate information page, they require DS-230 Part I, DS-156, and DS-156K. This information was last updated in 2007, though, so no guarantee that it's current.

Fillable, savable versions of DS-156K and DS-230 are available in my signature. According to the State Department (and contrary to some poor advice you may receive from other VJ users), the DS-156 must be fully filled out and printed from the online form at http://evisaforms.state.gov.
