Hello

I have paid my AOS fee online about 10 days back. I have few questions :

a) I am the petitioner. I received the DS-3032 form, got it filled by beneficiary and mailed it to NVC. Not sure why the beneficiary hasn't received it.

B) I am unemployed since 04/09 so I want to take help from my brother-in-law to compensate the income requirements. Do I need to make him a co-sponsor or joint sponsor (as I think I can't count him under household member). Which form I need to fille and which one he needs to fill ?

c) Do I need to provide any documents to establish my relation with my brother-in-law ?

d) I called NVC and they said that since the AOS fee has been paid online, I won't receive any forms. So where I should send the completed AOS packet

e) After NVC receives AOS packet, I think next step is to send applicant documents (beneficiary's). How much time approx it can take before we need to send those documents ?. How much time it can take from this point till the interview stage ?

Thanks......Sudhir

Hello

the beneficiary will received after you've got DS-3032 within 15 days later

B) I am unemployed since 04/09 so I want to take help from my brother-in-law to compensate the income requirements. Do I need to make him a co-sponsor or joint sponsor (as I think I can't count him under household member). Which form I need to fille and which one he needs to fill ?

You can asked him to be joint sponsor..check this out http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

c) Do I need to provide any documents to establish my relation with my brother-in-law ?

d) I called NVC and they said that since the AOS fee has been paid online, I won't receive any forms. So where I should send the completed AOS packet

after the status said..PAID u can print out the cover sheet -CVRPage on the website u paid and send out with I864(joint sponsor),book bang update.... back to nvc, u dont need to wait the letter inform u from NVC

e) After NVC receives AOS packet, I think next step is to send applicant documents (beneficiary's). How much time approx it can take before we need to send those documents ?. How much time it can take from this point till the interview stage ?

If u apply for CR1 after NVC received all of ur beneficiary document it will take time 1-2 months then the case will ne complete and then u dont need to do anything all case n document will be transfer to ur beneficiary embassy

Thanks......Sudhir
