hi ,,does anyone know what is needed for a k2 child (mother and father not married) documents for Napoli consulate interview?? do you just need a notarized letter from the mom giving her consent to bring the child to USA permanantly or do you need also a letter from the court showing the beneficiary has custody??

I believe that it is just a notarized letter and a copy of the parents passport/carta Identita? But you might want to check specifics on the state department website??
