The K3 guide lists the "I-130 transfer notice" as one of the items to include with the K3 petition.

I received the I-130 NOA1 today and I am ready to send the K3 petition to CSC,,,,,

Do I need to wait for the I-130 transfer notice?

Is there such a thing as the I-130 transfer notice ?

Thanks

NO, you send your I-129F K3 to the address on the bottom of the NOA 1 where your I-130 petition is currently at.

A transfer notice is what you get if USCIS has transfered your petition from one processing center to another, and that has not happened to you since you have just received NOA 1

None of my business, why file for a K3?, it is no faster anymore then a stand alone I-130, the CR-1 is the better visa, much better then the K3 K3's are obsolute, not worth filing for!

Truly happy!!!

Thanks for the help.

I thought it was best to apply for both. Isn't that what most people do?

It use to be, BUT NOT the case anymore. K3 are basically DEAD, stick with the CR-1/IR-1 visa, its a whole lot less hassle, and cheaper then AOS with the K3 after one loved arrives in USA!!!!

I am sorry but that just doesn't stand to reason for me.

If you buy one raffle ticket and are offered a second one for free, wouldn't you accept it with the hope of doubling your chances?

K3 is an obsolete visa that saves no time but costs extra money. Following the K3 path can actually delay your reunion with your spouse.

Why pay out more money to USCIS when you loved one gets here with the K3? either way foolish with K3, good luck!!

No not when YOU have to pay the prize money of $1010.00 for AOS once loved one gets to USA, and MAYBE with K3 they get here 3 or 4 weeks sooner then if they came in on a CR-1 they get 2 year gren card, or if enter on IR-1 10 year greencard.

Truly happy!!!
