My fiance and I have (almost) finished completing our forms. We're having some difficulty with question 12 though. It asks whether I am currently in the U.S. I am. It also asks for my visa number. As a Canadian, I entered the United States, and my passport was not stamped. I don't have any numbers to fill out. Should we write my entry date, and that I'm a visitor, and that's it?

You can answer "none" or "NA" Canadian citizens do not need visas for visits.
